The department has been giving importance to the development of Computer labs by procuring state-of-the-art hardware an licensed software. At present the department has installed to 240 systems connected to 4 servers that include UNIX server, Netware, Windows 2000 and Windows NT. The labs cater to CSIT students as well as CSE students in addition to the first year students of all branches, Procurement of high end servers, upgradation of the system by way of memory enhancements and procurement of Loaded software on the latest tools are planned and executed from time to time.
